Course Designer: Jáem Heath ÓRyanJáem Heath O´Ryan is our course designer. Jáem is internationally recognised as one of the world's leading CELTA trainers. He has worked on CELTA courses in six countries in Europe, in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Canada, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and of course Ecuador. Jáem has over 20 years working in the field of English language acquisition, including teaching interpreters. He has an MA in TESOL and is currently studying for his PhD in the UK and Germany.
Lead TrainerOur Lead Trainer is Vicky Aitken. Vicky has run dozens of our CELTA courses since 2010 and is held in great esteem by all our Southern Cross CELTA graduates. She has lots of patience and is totally committed to helping participants achieve the best grade that they can.
Guest Trainers
Catherine Glennon has returned to live in Ecuador after several years living in the near and far east where she was working for the British Council training local teachers. Catherine is an experienced CELTA trainer who is a great addition to our team.
